Cocktail Friday: The Rickey.
- 2 oz Gin (or whiskey or rum or brandy)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Soda water
- Ice
Add ice, liquor, and lime juice to highball glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge. Perfect for a warm night, like, oh tonight.
